Gorging on the sumptuous dosa and a cup of coffee as the rains lashed the streets, passing through many a villages with their beauty unbound we reached the beautiful city of Mangalore in Karnataka. The day kick started with a meeting with the members of the Gujarati Samaj members of Mangalore. The discussion with them was extremely fruitful as we discussed regarding international trade and it was heartening to see the youth invigorated with exuding energy to achieve something great. Impertinent issue like the need to have a online presence for businesses to grow were also brought to the foray. Post this fruitful session we headed towards National Institute of Technology (NIT), Mangalore where we had an interesting interactive session with faculties and students. It was a pleasure for us to meet many a budding entrepreneurs there who had a zeal to do something great. We felt that NIT has been breeding the entrepreneurial spirit in their students as many students have started their own startups. To further give wings to the dreams of these students and provide them encouragement, we had a presentation on Make in India with an intent to make the students realise that how by following their entrepreneurial dreams, they could contribute to Make in India and become the harbinger of change.
